When I tell you I left my place embarrassed and overwhelmed from me and my daughter's mess to come back to a new home, that is JUST what I mean! I was in disbelief! I literally return at a loss of words. The walls ain't never been so white! Not only was the clutter gone but the closets were organized and looked like a store. Sasha, Ms. Kim and Abe went over and beyond my expectation!! I literally sat in my living room after they left in tears of how detailed and professional they were and they didn't miss NOTHING. They arrived ahead of time to bring in all their cleaning supplies so they were set to start at the agreed upon hire time. That was a plus for me! Another plus - there are so many pluses - was them washing my windows, window sills and my screens!!! They even wiped down my walls and doors!! I am ABSOLUTELY thrilled with JRL ! I had a problem basement with 75 years of piled up“stuff” . Sasha and her crew came in and cleaned EVERYTHING! Trash removed , good items cleaned and organized . They then washed all of the walls and floors. I was overwhelmed with it and Sasha helped me to get it done well . She also helped me out with kindness and reassurance as well. She was very friendly and forthcoming with me about the work that I needed done. The day of the cleaning, her and her team arrived on time and immediately got to work. She was very thorough and even spot checked her team to make sure that they cleaned everything. You can tell that she has high standards for her work and the work of her team, and it shows. When she and her team left, I had family come over and they used the word “shining” to describe my entry hallway. She has my house looking like new and I highly recommend!
